Job Description and Requirements
Principal: CDA or AA Degree in Early Childhood Development, Early Childhood Education or related degree preferred. Three (3) or more years of experience teaching in a child care center, and management experience.
Head Start Teacher (ages 3-5): minimum of an AA in Early Childhood Education required. BA in Early Childhood Preferred. Two or more years teaching in a child care or preschool setting preferred.
Early Head Start Teacher (ages birth-3): Minimum of an Infant and Toddler CDA required. Two or more years teaching in a child care or preschool setting preferred.
Associate Teacher: High School Diploma or GED required. Two or more years teaching in a child care or preschool setting. CDA & Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred.
Teacher Assistant /Driver: High School Diploma or GED required. Two or more years teaching in a child care or preschool setting. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred.
Food Service Manager: High School Diploma or GED. Food Service Management certification preferred. Two (2) or more years experience cooking in a restaurant, daycare, or school cafeteria. Two (2) or more years driving experience with a good record.

All positions require a cleared criminal background check and motor vehicle report ran prior to hire along with FBI Fingerprinting and Drug Screen upon job offer.
Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s license and have access to a vehicle with proof of insurance.
